Jayanthi has toured both India and other countries, spreading the beauty of Carnatic music all over the globe. Her travels have taken her to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, UAE, Malaysia, Singapore and Mauritius.

She has been a part of numerous music festivals, seminars, lecture-demonstrations and workshops while on tour. Jayanthi recently performed at a music festival in Woodstock, Newyork and was the first ever Veena player to represent carnatic music at the festival.She also conducted a workshop at the Trinity College of Music and the Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan in London earlier this year.
